Changing usernames (Email address)

Admins of Organisations can change the usernames of all of their members. Username and email address are interchangeable terms in this article.

An Admin user for your Organisation will need to update your email address and other account information. Please navigate to your Organisation's Profile page to see contact information and or Admin users who can support you via the Member's panel on the right hand side of the page.

If your Organisation does not have an Admin user, then please contact the Life QI team for support.

Every user on Life QI has a username which consists of an email address. This allows the user to sign in to Life QI and to receive email notifications, so it is important to keep the email address up to date if and when it changes. 

To change the username of another user, first you must be an Admin of your Organisation. If you are not an Admin, then you will need to contact the Admin of your Organisation.

  1. Select 'Admin' from the left hand side of your page.
  2. Then, select 'Users' from the left hand side of your page.
  3. Search for the user you want to change the username on and select them.
  4. Once on the user's profile, select 'Edit'.
  5. Now you can change the username. Select 'Save' once complete. 
  6. The next time the user logs in, they will now be able to use their new username. Be sure to update the user so that they know this change has taken place.
