Starting a Group

Start a group and set user permissions

To create a group:

1. Click the 'Start a new group' button on the Groups page.

2. Create a clear title for the group, consider keywords that people from outside of your organisation or project might search for. (This field is mandatory)

3. Give the group a description. (This field is not mandatory)

4. Click in the 'Privacy' field and select the relevant privacy level from the drop down menu ('Everyone can view' - the whole Life QI community can view the group profile; 'Only members can view' - only members of the group can view the group's profile).

5.To add members - Click 'Invite new members'

6.Search for the user, organisation, group that you wish to invite

7. Click 'Add'

8. Click 'Done'

Click 'Create group' button
