      Missing Live Chat Widget

      How to restore your missing Live Chat widget

      If the Live chat widget doesn't appear on your page (In the bottom right hand corner), check out the following methods to attempt to restore it.

      Browser

      Try logging into Life QI in an incognito browser window. 

      How to use Incognito mode for your browser:

      If the chat widget appears in an incognito window, please attempt the following possible solutions.

      Possible solutions:

      1. Disable/turn off browser extensions - If you are using any browser extensions, they could be clashing with the Live chat software. Disable or turn them off to see if the widget reappears:
        1. Chrome
        2. Microsoft Edge
        3. Safari
        4. Mozilla Firefox
        5. Internet Explorer
      2. Clear browser cache and cookies - If you are not using browser extensions, then clearing your browser cache and cookies should be attempted next:
        1. Google Chrome
        2. Safari
        3. Mozilla Firefox
        4. Internet Explorer
        5. Microsoft Edge

      Pop-up blockers / web filters

      In some cases, certain pop-up blockers may prevent the Live chat widget from loading. If you turn off any pop-up blockers installed in your browser and the Live chat widget appears, that extension is most likely preventing the Live chat widget from loading as expected. 

      The pop-up blocker should allow the capability to whitelist Life QI, which may allow the Live chat widget to display and then in turn allow you to keep the pop-blocker turned on for other websites. Please check your pop-up blocker's documentation for how to do this or contact your IT team to support.

      We use HubSpot for our Live Chat Widget. If whitelisting the above does not resolve the issue, then whitelisting the following may be the solution:
