If a member has recently left your programme, you should remove them as soon as possible. If they are not removed, they will be able to view all projects within your programme and or perform edits depending on their permissions.
Only programme admin users can perform this task.
- Select the Members panel on the right hand side of the programme 'General' page.
- Select the name of the person you would like to remove.
- Select the down arrow.
- Select Remove membership.
- Select the OK button.
This user will now have been removed from your programme, so they will no longer be able to view any projects within your programme.
Also if required, remember to also remove them from any projects they were members of as well, because they will still be able to access those projects if they have membership. This only needs to be done if they are no longer taking part in any of your programmes projects.
If you are using Teams on your programme, then you may need to remove from the Teams part of the programme and not the project itself.
To remove a user from a project via the project teams area:
- Select on Project teams.
- Select the Team/s that the user belongs to.
- Select Members.
- Select the name of the person you would like to remove.
- Select the down arrow.
- Select the project that they are a member of so you see a tick.
- If you are also removing them from the programme, select the option below so you see "Remove from Programme", followed by a tick.
- Select Remove membership.
- Select the OK button.
This user will now have been removed from the Team project, so they will no longer be able to view this project.
