Understanding Groups to facilitate team working
Life QI has been designed to support and encourage collaboration and team working, whether that's within your team, across your organisation, or as part of national improvement collaboratives/programmes.
To facilitate team working it is possible to create Groups, which are collections of users, organisations and other groups, and then add a group to your project, programme, discussion, analytics dashboard etc. This makes it easy to bring large numbers of users together to collaborate on a project or discussion for example.
You can create as many groups as you want, invite who you want, and control the permissions given to each group member. So whether you want a group containing everyone from your organisation, or a group per department, you can. You get to define your group, create a profile for it and define its privacy settings.
